摘要 可再生能源并网导致电网转动惯量降低,影响电网稳定性。为了提高电网系统转动惯量,增强电网对可再生能源的消纳能力,文章提出一种基于变频空调的负荷虚拟惯量控制策略,利用需求侧变频空调负荷响应电网的频率波动。该策略根据额定运行点和下垂特性下的压缩机转速参考值,构建了二阶虚拟同步电机(VSG)模型。根据电网实时电压与VSG虚拟电动势的相角差,求得VSG虚拟功率和压缩机转速变化量参考值。最后,建立VSG环节的小信号模型,给出了参数设定的方法,并分析其稳定性。仿真结果表明,所提算法能使变频空调模拟同步电机的惯性特性,提高电网的转动惯量。 The large-scale integration of renewable energy reduce the inertia of power grid, and negatively effects its stability. This paper proposed a control strategy for inverter air-conditioner based to imitate the dynamic character of synchronous machine, respond to grid frequency change,improving grid inertia. The stable power reference is calculated according to setting temperature and room temperature, and the droop characteristic of grid frequency is also included. Meanwhile,a virtual synchronous generator(VSG) model is built, and transient power deviation reference equals to the output power of VSG. Furthermore, a small signal model of VSG is built to analyze its stability, and design method of parameters is also proposed. Simulation results indicate that inverter air-conditioner with proposed control strategy can mimic synchronous generator and effectively enhance frequency stability.
