摘要
结合某公司雨洒箐磷石膏尾矿库在线安全监测系统的应用情况,分析了在线安全监测系统的现状与特点,介绍了坝体表面位移、内部位移及浸润线等的测量原理和存在的问题。重点针对系统通信不稳定、运行维护困难的问题,采用PLC、GeoMoS、MCU32、OPC及实时数据库等技术进行系统改造,取得了较好的效果。提高了企业用户对在线安全监测系统的自主维护能力,降低了系统运行维护费用。
Combined with the application of the online safety monitoring system in Yusaqing tailings pond,the characteristics of the online safety monitoring system were analyzed and its working principle and existing problems in measuring dam surface displacement,internal displacement and saturation line were introduced. In view of the situation of the instability of the system communication and the difficulty in operation and maintenance,the technologies of PLC,GeoMoS,MCU32,OPC and RTDB were applied to improve the system so as to enhance end users' self-maintenance ability in operating the online security monitoring system and reduce the operating and maintenance costs of the system.
