镀锌板的摩擦磨损特性及微观机理研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用UMT-2磨损试验机研究镀锌板在干摩擦和油润滑条件下的摩擦磨损特性。运用三维形貌仪WYKONT11观察磨痕、表面粗糙度和表面形貌。对镀锌层的化学成分和显微硬度进行分析;对镀锌板的摩擦磨损机理进行讨论。结果表明:在干摩擦条件下,镀锌板的磨损经历了三个阶段,即磨合磨损,磨粒磨损和粘着磨损。与此同时,锌镀层发生脱落直至完全失去效用。在润滑条件下,良好的润滑减少了摩擦磨损,有助于保护镀锌层。 Wear tester UMT-2 was used to study the friction wear characters of galvanized sheets under dry friction and oil lubrication. Three-dimensional morphology instrument WYKONT11 was used to observe the wear scars, surface roughness and surface morphology. The chemical composition and microhardness of galvanized layer were analyzed. The friction wear mechanism of galvanized sheets was discussed. The results indicate that, under dry friction, the galvanized sheets experience three stages: run-in wear, abrasive wear and adhesive wear. Meanwhile, the galvanized layer exfoliates until it loses efficacy.Under lubrication condition, good lubrication decreases the friction and wear, which can protect the galvanized layer.
