激光热处理脉冲频率对YG8硬质合金刀具耐磨损性能的影响

Effect of Laser Heat Treatment Pulse Frequency on Wear Resistance of YG8 Cemented Carbide Cutting Tools

摘要 采用不同的脉冲频率对YG8硬质合金刀具进行激光热处理,并进行了不同温度下的耐磨损性能测试分析。结果表明:随激光热处理脉冲频率从40 k Hz增加至90 k Hz时,YG8硬质合金刀具的磨损性能先提高后下降。与40k Hz激光热处理脉冲频率相比,采用70 k Hz激光热处理脉冲频率时,刀具在室温和300℃高温下磨损体积分别减小57%、74%。YG8硬质合金刀具的激光热处理脉冲频率优选为70 k Hz。 The laser heat treatment of YG8 cemented carbide cutting tools was carried out with different pulse frequencies,and the wear resistance of YG8 cemented carbide cutters at different temperatures was tested and analyzed. The results show that, with the increase of pulse frequency from 40 to 90 k Hz, the wear properties of YG8 carbide tools first increase and then decrease. Compared with that of the laser heat treatment with pulse frequency of 40 k Hz, when the pulse frequency of laser heat treatment is 70 k Hz, the wear volume of the tool decreases by 57% at room temperature and by 74% at 300 ℃ high temperature,respectively. The optimized pulse frequency of laser heat treatment for YG8 cemented carbide cutting tools is 70 k Hz.
