摘要
硅垢是凝汽器换热管水侧垢层的一种形式之一,由于化学性质相对稳定,传统的氨基磺酸清洗工艺对该类垢层的去除能力有限。文中考察了不同清洗工艺对内蒙古某电厂600 MW机组凝汽器水侧硅垢的清洗效果,确定先碱洗(氢氧化钠-磷酸三钠)后氨基磺酸酸洗的最优清洗工艺。此工艺工业实施后,该机组凝汽器不锈钢管内表面清洗干净,无残余硬垢,无泥垢,各项数据均达到了《火力发电厂凝汽器化学清洗及成膜导则》(DL/T 957—2017)的相关要求。
Silicon scale is one of the forms of water side scale in condenser. The traditional sulfamic acid cleaning process has limited ability to remove this kind scale due to its relatively stable chemical properties. In this paper,different cleaning processes intending to clean the silicon scale on the condenser water side of a 600 MW unit of a power plant in Inner Mongolia were evaluated. The optimal cleaning process was alkali washing( sodium hydroxide and trisodium phosphate) firstly and then sulphamic acid cleaning. After putting it into effect,the surface of the condenser stainless steel tube is cleaned without hard scale or dirt. All the data have met the relevant requirements of"Chemical Cleaning and Film-forming Guide of Condensers in Thermal Power Plants( DL/T 957—2017) ".
