摘要 双向拉伸薄膜技术是一种先进的绿色化工艺技术。研究了双向拉伸薄膜的拉伸技术和成型技术的创新现状和进展;论述了双向拉伸薄膜生产线设备绿色化技术的创新现状和进展;探讨了生态环保特种膜共挤双向拉伸技术的创新现状和进展;分析了双向拉伸技术拓展生物降解塑料薄膜的应用领域;指出创新共挤双向拉伸薄膜工程技术,开发共挤双向拉伸特种薄膜工程技术,对于提升我国绿色化薄膜的生态环境保护的可持续发展水平、调整塑料包装薄膜的产品结构、扩大市场机遇具有重要的意义。 Biaxially oriented film technology is an advanced green technology. In this paper, the innovation status and progress of biaxially oriented technology and forming technology were studied, the innovation status and progress of equipment green technology in biaxially oriented film production line were discussed, the innovation status and progress of ecological and environmental protection special film co-extrusion biaxially oriented technology were discussed. This paper analyzed the application of biaxially oriented technology in the development of biodegradable plastic film. It was pointed out in this paper that innovative co-extrusion and biaxially oriented film engineering technology and the development of co-extrusion and biaxially oriented special film engineering technology would promote the sustainable development level of ecological environment protection of green film in China, adjust the product structure of plastic packaging film and expand market opportunities.
