摘要
一个企业的良好运行,离不开健全的营销渠道。自2015年电改以来,发电企业逐步参与市场化竞争,随着福建省装机容量的高速增长,建立跨省的营销渠道已经成为福建核电企业的必经之路。本文通过全面分析福建核电企业在电力营销中的困境,针对问题提出了面向华东电力市场营销的建议和举措。
A good operation of a company is inseparable from a sound marketing channel. Since the electricity reform in 2015, many power generation companies have gradually participated in market competition. With the rapid growth of installed capacity in Fujian Province, the establishment of trans-provincial marketing channels has become the only way for Fujian nuclear power enterprises. This paper gives a general analysis of the predicament of Fujian nuclear power enterprises in power marketing, and puts forward some suggestions and measures for the marketing of east China power market.
