人工林樟树木材干燥特性的初步研究 被引量:3

摘要 以15年生人工林樟树(Cinnamomum camphora)木材为研究对象,采用百度试验法研究樟树木材干燥特性,试验发现:人工林樟树木材初期开裂等级为2级,主要为端裂和端表裂,干燥结束后部分试件出现内裂,内裂为2级;截面变形弦切板平均为0.53 mm,径切板为0.26 mm,中心板为0.91 mm,等级为2级;扭曲值弦切板平均为3.2 mm,最大值6 mm,径切板为2 mm,等级为3级;含水率从30%干燥至5%,弦切板、径切板、中心板的平均干燥速度分别为1.9%/h、1.04%/h、1.25%/h;径切板、中心板的干燥速度比弦切板要慢很多,在窑干时应将板材分类干燥。研究结果表明:人工林樟树木材属于易干木材,少裂。根据百度试验缺陷等级以及干燥缺陷对应的干燥条件拟定了初步的干燥基准,可用于木材加工企业干燥人工林樟树木材参考使用。 The 15-year-old Cinnamomum camphora plantation was used as the research object. The drying characteristics of wood were investigated by 100 ℃ test method. Results revealed that the initial check was cate- gorized as Grade 2 with surface cracking or end surface cracking. After drying, some parts occurred internal check and internal check was categorized as Grade 2. The cross-section deformity of plain-sawed lumber, quarter-sawn lumber and center board were 0.53 ram, 0.26 mm and 0.91 ram, respectively, and the crack- ing grade was Grade 2. The average and maximum twist deformation of plain-sawed lumber was 3.2 mm and 6 ram, respectively, and the average twist deformation of quarter-sawn lumber was 2 ram, with cracking grade at Grade 3. When the moisture content (MC) decreased from 30% to 5% , the average drying rate of plain-sawed lumber, quarter-sawn lumber and center board were 1.9%/h, 1.04 %/h and 1.25%/h, respec- tively. The average drying rate of quarter-sawn lumber and center board was slower than that of the plain-sawed lumber. The lumber should be separated when using kiln drying. Results showed that the timber of C. camphora was easy to be dried with slightly cracking. A preliminary drying standard was prepared according to the defect level of 100 ℃ test and drying conditions corresponding to the dry defects, which could be used as reference for drying timber from C. camphora plantation in wood processing enterprises.
