摘要
目的:探讨眼耳鼻喉科专科医院门诊处方点评及不合理用药情况。方法:选择眼耳鼻喉科专科医院2016-2017年的3 518张门诊处方进行点评,并对不合理处方进行归纳分析。结果:3 518张处方中不合理处方52张,比例1.48%(52/3 518),处方平均用药量2.13种,国家基本药物使用比例27.03%(951/3 518),处方金额平均174.6元,抗菌药物使用比例14.61%(514/3 518)。不合理处方中用药不适宜处方比例明显更高(P<0.05)。结论:处方点评制度能促进专科医院的临床合理用药,从而为合理用药改进措施提供依据和参考。
Objective：To explore the review of outpatient prescription and irrational drug use in ophthalmic otolaryngology special hospital.Methods：3518 outpatient prescriptions in ophthalmic otolaryngology special hospital from 2016 to 2017 were selected for comment,and irrational prescriptions were analyzed.Results：In the 3518 outpatient prescriptions,there were 52 unreasonable prescriptions,the ratio was 1.48%（52/3 518）,the average dosage of the prescription was 2.13,the proportion of the use of national essential drugs was 27.03%（951/3 518）,the amount of the prescription was 174.6 yuan,the proportion of antibiotics used was 14.61%（514/3518）.In irrational prescriptions,the proportion of unsuitable prescription was significantly higher（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The prescription review system can promote the rational use of drugs in specialized hospitals,so as to provide evidence and reference for improving the rational use of drugs.
