摘要
总结配送绩效评价的各类指标,在对比多种评价方法的基础上分析其优缺点,采用模糊层次分析法和熵值法确定指标的主客观权重得到综合权重,考虑实际指标的复杂性,分析了确定性指标和模糊性指标并存的情形,提出了准确数、三角模糊数和梯形模糊数的转化准则,并结合多目标优化方法,运用到改进的TOPSIS方法中。最后通过算例验证了改进后方法的有效性和适用性。
This paper summarizes the various indexes of distribution performance evaluation, analyzes their advantages and disadvantages on the basis of comparing various evaluation methods, and uses the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and entropy method to determine the subjective and objective weights of the indexes to obtain their comprehensive weights. Next, considering the complexity of the actual indexes, it analyzes the coexistence of deterministic index and fuzzy index, puts forward the rule for the transformation of the accurate number, triangular fuzzy number and trapezoidal fuzzy number and in combination with the multi-objective optimization method, applies it to the improved TOPSIS. Finally, a numerical example is given to verify the effectiveness and applicability of the improved method.
