基于TQC理论的某矿巷道喷混凝土回弹率及粉尘浓度降低措施

摘要 针对贵州某铝土矿在喷混凝土支护过程中存在的回弹率及粉尘浓度大的现象,基于全面质量管理(Total quality control,TQC)理论,通过PDCA质量控制程序,在调查矿山喷混凝土回弹率及粉尘浓度现状的基础上,分析了喷混凝土回弹率及粉尘浓度高的影响因素,采用因果分析关联方法确定了导致喷混凝土回弹率高的主要原因,通过制定管理措施、改良矿山喷混凝土支护料配比、优化喷混凝土设备配置,同时对喷混凝土支护的工作方法和工艺参数进行了改进。通过现场试验验证,成功解决了该矿喷混凝土支护回弹率和工作面粉尘浓度过高的问题,取得了预期的效果,可为类似矿山提供借鉴。 In view of existing problems of the high rebound rate and dust concentration in the process of shotcrete of a bauxite mine of Guizhou Province,based on total quality control (TQC) theory, through the PDCA quality control procedures, the present situation of rebound rate and dust concentration of shotcrete of the mine is investigated, the influence factors of high rebound rate and dust concentration of shotcrete are discussed, the main reasons of high rebound rate of shotcrete are determined by causality a- nalysis correlation method, by formulating management measures, improving the proportion of shotcrete supporting materials and optimizing the allocation of shotcrete equipment,meanwhile,the working method and process parameters of shotcrete supporting are improved. The field test verification results show that the problem of high rebound rate and dust concentration of shotcrete of the mine are solved effectively,be- sides that,the reduction methods of high rebound rate of shotcrete and dust concentration can provide pro- posed in this paper can provide reliable reference for the other mines.
