摘要
为了有效提高生产自动化的效率和程度,设计基于PLC控制的变速器搬运机械手系统。首先对变速器自动搬运机械手的总体结构进行分析,其利用PLC实现控制;之后实现PLC控制程序的编程和原理图的绘制,并且还闪现了上位机和PLC的通讯及设备的配置和连接,最后对系统运行进行分析和调试,表示系统运行良好。设计基于PLC控制的变速器搬运机械手系统,能够实现工业生产全过程的监控及管理,有效提高生产的自动化程度,降低成产成本,在工业自动化发展过程中具有重要的现实意义。
In order to effectively improve the efficiency and degree of production automation,a PLC controlled transmission manipulator system was designed. Firstly,the general structure of automatic transmission manipulator is analyzed,and its control is realized by PLC. After implementation schematic diagram and the drawing of the programming of PLC control program,and flash of the PC and PLC communication and equipment configuration and connection,finally analyze the system running and debugging,system running well. Design transmission carrying manipulator based on PLC control system,can realize industrial production of the whole process of monitoring and management,improve the degree of automation of production,to reduce costs,in the process of industrial automation development has important practical significance.
