摘要 针对直升机或机器人巡线系统成本高和效率低的问题,提出了一种基于图像处理与无人机的反窃电精准取证系统。该系统主要包括无人机、图像处理和数据通信3个功能模块,首先,使用无人机搭载图像传感器和窃电检测终端。通过采集、处理和分析图像自动识别线路状态,检测出异常物体;然后,使用GPRS实现无人机与服务器间的通信,实时获取无人机状态并控制无人机飞行。系统软硬件实现与仿真测试结果表明,该系统能实时检测出输电线路上的异常物体,发现窃电行为并拍照取证,故具有一定的实用性。 In view of the high cost and low efficiency of helicopter or robot inspection line system, an anti-tamper precise forensics system based on image processing and UAV is proposed. The system mainly includes three functional modules of UAV, image processing and data communication. Firstly, using the UAV equipped with image sensor and stealing detection terminal, it can automatically detect the status of the line by collecting, processing and analyzing images to detect abnormal objects. Then use GPRS to communicate between the drone and the server, get the status of the drone in real time and control the flight of the drone. The system hardware and software implementation and simulation test results show that the system can detect abnormal objects on the transmission line in real time, find the power stealing behavior and take pictures for forensics, which has a certain practicality.
