摘要
目的探讨双低剂量腹部64层螺旋CT增强扫描与血管成像技术在肠系膜动脉成像中的可行性。方法对220例行CTU检查的患者列为双低剂量组,对220例行全腹部CT检查的患者列为常规剂量组。将两组的CT图像进行对比,分析两组的CTDIvol、DLP、ED及CTA图像质量的差异,评价双低剂量组肠系膜动脉的显示能力。结果双低剂量组平均CTDIvol较常规剂量组降低47. 7%;双低剂量组的肠系膜动脉三级以上分支显示清晰。结论双低剂量64层螺旋CT增强扫描与血管成像技术在肠系膜动脉成像中是可行的。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of double low dose abdominal 64 slice spiral CT enhanced scan and angiography in mesenteric artery imaging. Methods 220 patients who underwent CTU examination were classified as double low dose group,220 patients who underwent abdominal CT examination were classified as routine dose group. Compare the two groups of CT images,the difference of image quality of CTDIvol,DLP,ED and CTA between two groups was analyzed,and the ability of displaying the mesenteric artery in double low dose group was evaluated. Results The mean CTDIvol of the double low dose group was 47. 7% lower than that of the conventional dose group,and the branches of the mesenteric artery at three or more in double low dose group showed clear. Conclusion Double low dose enhanced 64 slice spiral CT scan and angiography in mesenteric artery imaging is feasible.
