摘要
基于控制方程结合模型和MFR模型,建立了旋流沉砂池的2D和3D模型,研究了压强、速度和速度矢量对沉砂池产生的影响。结果表明,不论2D还是3D旋流沉砂池压强在进水渠处最大,当水流流入池体后,压强从池壁往沉砂池中心呈现不断减小趋势;旋流沉砂池水流速度从池壁向中心速度在不断减少,由此可以推断出砂粒随水流做旋流运动,随着时间增长,砂粒逐渐往池体中心靠拢,最终在中心沉淀池中沉淀下来。
Based on the control equation combination model and the MFR model,this paper establishes a 2 D and 3 D model of a swirling grit chamber,and studies the effects of pressure,velocity,and velocity vectors on the grit chamber. The results of the study indicate that the pressure of the 2 D or 3 D swirling grit chamber is the largest at the inlet. When the water flows into the tank,the pressure decreases from the wall of the tank to the center of the grit chamber. The flow velocity of the grit chamber is decreasing. From the pool wall to the center of the continuous reduction in the speed,which can be inferred with the swirling sand movement,with the passage of time,the sand gradually move closer to the center of the pool,and finally settled down in the center sedimentation tank.
