培训定量化管理法对规培期护士培训效果影响的研究与分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:分析培训定量化管理对规范化培训护士培训效果影响的研究与分析。方法将2014年-2016年我院新入职的84名新护士按随机数字表达分为观察组和对照组各42名,观察组应用培训定量化管理法进行规范化培训,对照组按传统带教方法进行传统带教,三年来我们用培训效果能力评价表评价比较2组规培期护士培训效果能力的差异。结果观察组规培期护士培训后的参与培训动机、培训任务定量、培训效果监控反馈、综合评价得分和培训效果总分分别为(51. 96±6. 96)、(23. 56±4. 12)、(35. 68±6. 21)、(13. 25±2. 56)(121. 30±10. 95)分,均高于对照组的(43. 32±6. 10)、(20. 31±3. 21)、(29. 91±6. 35)、(12. 10±2. 15)、(99. 31±9. 10)分,统计学意义(t=1. 983-7. 621, p小于0. 05)。结论培训定量管理应用于规培期护士的培训,可明显提高规培期护士培训的整体效果。 Objective:to analyze the effect of training quantitative management on the training effect of standardized nurses. Methods Eighty-four new nurses in our hospital from 2014 to 2016 were randomly divided into two groups: observation group(n=42)and control group(n=42).In the past three years,we evaluated and compared the difference of training effectiveness between the two groups by using the training effectiveness evaluation table. Results the training motivation,the quantity- of training task,the monitoring feedback of training effect and the comprehensive evaluation of nurses in observation group after training were observed. The score of price and the total score of training effect were (51. 96±6. 96)、(23. 56±4. 12)、(35. 68±6. 21)、(13. 25±2. 56)(121. 30±10. 95),which were higher than those of the control group (43. 32±6. 10)、(20. 31±3. 21)、(29. 91±6. 35)、(12. 10±2. 15)、(99. 31±9. 10,P〈121.30).Conclusion the application of quantitative training management in nursing care Training can obviously improve the overall effect of nursing training.
