基于位移梯度的深部软弱煤岩松动圈厚度估算 被引量:4

Evaluation on the Loose Circle Thickness of Deep Soft Coal Rock Based on the Displacement Gradient

摘要 为解决深部软弱煤岩松动圈厚度测试方法复杂及精度低的难题,建立合理FLAC3D数值计算模型,分析不同原岩应力、不同煤岩岩性、不同巷道断面深部软弱煤岩位移场及残余强度分布特征,确定煤岩松动破碎临界状态位移梯度临界容许值。结果表明:各种不同条件显著影响深部软弱煤岩松动圈厚度,但煤岩处于松动破碎临界状态位移梯度临界容许值基本相同,一般kmin=(9.0~11.0);通过获得煤岩位移场分布回归方程及相应回归方程系数,即可估算煤岩位移梯度取临界容许值时松动圈厚度。应用工程实际,通过多点位移计实测煤岩不同位置位移估算松动圈厚度,取得较好效果。 In order to solve the problems that test method was complicated and test accuracy was low during evaluating loose circle thickness of deep soft coal rock, a FLAC3D numerical calculation model was established. Then, the distribution characteristics of displacement field and residual strength were analyzed for the deep soft coal rocks with different original rock stresses, Iithology of coal rock and tunnel cross sections. And the critical permissible value of displacement gradient was determined in the critical loose state of coal rock. The results showed that the various conditions had an obvious influence on the loose circle thickness of deep soft coal rock. But the critical permissible values of displacement gradient were almost the same when coal rock was inthe critical loose state, and the value of kmm was in the range from 9.0-11.0. The loose circle thickness of deep soft coal rock could be estimated under the critical permissible value of displacement gradient by getting regression equation and relevant coefficients of displacement field distribution in coal rock. According to the displacement measurement result of coal rock in different locations by multi-point displacement in practical engineering, the estimation of loose circle thickness had good effect.
