摘要
针对大型提升设备动力学特性很难预测问题,采用相似理论利用量纲分析法和方程分析法,推导了提升机原型和1∶100缩小模型的相似关系。并利用ANSYS Workbench以及RecurDyn仿真软件,对原型和相似模型进行系统的仿真分析。得到了提升机摩擦轮的应力图和前四阶模态图的静态特性关系以及运行过程中钢丝绳张力的动态特性曲线。研究结果表明:相似模型和原型的最大应力值相差极小,且两模型的前六阶固有频率最大误差不超过2%,运行过程中钢丝绳动张力曲线变化趋势基本一致,相似模型可以较为准确地预测原型结构的特性并能缩短求解周期。
Aiming at the problem that the dynamic characteristics of large hoisting equipment was difficult to predict, based on the similarity theory, the similar relation of the mine hoist prototype and its miniature model of 1 : 100 were derived by dimen- sional analysis and equation analysis. Then, the simulated analysis on the system of prototype and similar model was carried out by ANSYS Workbench and ReeurDyn simulation software. Finally, the results were obtained, including the stress diagram of friction wheel of the mine hoist, the static characteristics relation of the first four-order modal diagram and the dynamic characteristics curve of steel rope tension during the operation. The results showed that the difference between the maximum stresses of similar model and prototype was very small, the maximum error of the first six-order natural frequencies of the two models was less than 2%, the dynamic tension curve of steel rope had a similar change trend in the process of operation, and the similar model could predict the characteristics of prototype structure accurately and shorten the solving period.
