摘要
针对复杂环境下某高速公路半坡开挖飞石(滚石)危害与爆破震动控制难题,根据爆区与被保护点距离的远近,采用深孔台阶爆破和浅孔爆破两种方法,同时结合预裂爆破、逐孔爆破等减震技术,成功控制了爆破飞石和滚石危害,并将水平距离30m、垂直高差33m民房的爆破质点最大震动速度有效控制在0.776cm/s,为在规定工期内完成爆破施工任务提供了技术基础。
Aiming at the danger of flying rocks (rolling stones) and the control problems of blasting vibration for half slope excavation of a highway under complicated surroundings, deep-hole blasting and short-hole blasting were adopted according to the distance between the blasting area with the protected point. At the same time, combined with cushioning technologies such as presplitting blasting and hole by hole blasting, the danger of flying rocks and rolling stones caused by blasting were successfully controlled. And the maximum blasting vibration near the protected residence with the horizontal distance of 30 m and the verti- cal height difference of 33 m, was controlled at 0.776 cm/s. The study provided a technological basis for achieving the blasting construction task within the prescribed time limit.
