摘要
以水热合成法从钾长石预脱硅液中制备硅灰石产品,在合成温度180℃、合成时间10 h、n(CaO)/n(SiO_2)=0.7条件下进行固液分离,产品洗涤至pH=7左右,干燥后在900℃焙烧2 h,可得到符合行业标准一级品要求的硅灰石产品。脱硅后液经调整可返回预脱硅工序,实现预脱硅段残余碱的循环利用。
Wollastonite products were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis from pre-desilication of potassium feldspar at a synthesis temperature of 180℃, a synthesis time of 10 h, n(CaO)/n(SiO2) = 0.7, solid-liquid separation, product washing to pH =7, after drying and calcining at 900℃ for 2 h, can obtain wollastonite products meeting the requirements of the industry standard first-class products. After desiliconization, the liquid can be adjusted to return to the pre-desiliconization process to realize the circulation of residual alkali in the pre-desiliconization section.
