摘要
通过宏观形貌观察、化学成分检验、金相显微分析、扫描电镜断口观察及能谱成分分析等方法,研究了某炼钢厂钢坯吊运用链条的断裂原因。结果表明:链条内侧有大量夹杂物聚集,加之材料在轧制过程中产生了折叠表面缺陷,破坏了基体的连续性,使得链条在吊运钢坯过程中,内侧在循环拉应力的作用下容易形成裂纹源并不断扩展,最终导致链条断裂失效。
By such means of macroscopic observation, chemical composition test, metallographic microanalysis,SEM fracture observation and EDS analysis,the causes of chain crack used for billet hoisting in the steelmaking plant are researched. The results show that there are a large number of inclusions on the inside of the chain. In addition,the fold surface defect is produced during the rolling process,destroying the continuity of matrix; crack source can easily form and gradually expand under the action of inside cyclic tensile stress,which eventually leads to the fracture failure of the chain.
