摘要
目的探讨对急性胰腺炎患者选择生长抑素不同治疗方式治疗后对其炎症因子以及瘦素水平产生的影响。方法 120例急性胰腺炎患者,采用抽签法分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组患者采用生长抑素微量泵注方法进行治疗,观察组患者采用首次生长抑素静脉推注联合微量泵注方法进行治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后炎症因子以及瘦素水平。结果治疗前,两组患者白细胞介素-1、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者白细胞介素-1、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平均低于本组治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者瘦素水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者瘦素水平均高于本组治疗前,且观察组瘦素水平(13.81±1.53)ng/ml高于对照组的(10.25±0.61)ng/ml,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床医师选择生长抑素对急性胰腺炎患者进行治疗,在降低炎症因子水平以及提高血浆瘦素水平方面获得确切效果,从而促进急性胰腺炎患者的病情康复,首次生长抑素静脉推注联合微量泵注的用药方法效果更显著。
Objective To investigate the impact of different somatostatin treatments on inflammatory factors and leptin levels in patients with acute pancreatitis. Methods A total of 120 patients with acute pancreatitis were divided into control group and observation group by lottery method, 60 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with micro-pump injection method of somatostatin, patients in the observation group were treated with first method of intravenous infusion of somatostatin combined with micropump injection. The inflammatory factors and leptin levels between the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results Before treatment, there were no significant differences in the levels of Interleukin-1 and tumor necrosis factor-α between the two groups(P〉0.05). After treatment, the levels of interleukin-1 and tumor necrosis factor-α in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and above indexes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the level of leptin between the two groups(P〉0.05). After treatment, the levels of leptin in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment, and the level of leptin in the observation group was(13.81±1.53) ng/ml, which was significantly higher than(10.25±0.61) ng/ml in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Clinicians choose somatostatin in the treatment of acute pancreatitis patients, in reducing the level of inflammatory factors and improve plasma leptin level to achieve a definite effect, thus promoting the recovery of patients with acute pancreatitis, the first intravenous injection of somatostatin combined with micro-pump treatment method is more effective.
