摘要
目的分析经雷火灸治疗腰痛行中医特色护理的效果及对疼痛评分的影响。方法 76例经雷火灸治疗腰痛患者,随机分为A组和B组,每组38例。A组给予中医特色护理,B组给予常规护理。对比两组患者的护理效果及护理前后疼痛评分。结果 A组的护理优良率为89.47%,显著高于B组的60.53%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,A组和B组疼痛评分分别为(6.74±0.67)、(6.75±0.62)分,两组的疼痛评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,A组和B组疼痛评分分别为(1.88±0.39)、(3.61±0.45)分,两组的疼痛评分均低于治疗前,且A组低于B组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腰痛患者经雷火灸治疗的同时,加用中医特色护理可显著改善其疼痛症状,并能取得较理想的护理效果,具有较高的应用价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing and its influence on pain score after treatment of low back pain by thunder fire moxibustion. Methods A total of 76 low back pain patients with thunder fire moxibustion were randomly divided into group A and group B,38 cases in each group. Group A was given traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing, group B was given conventional nursing. The nursing effect and pain score before and after nursing between the two groups were compared. Results The excellent and good nursing rate of group A was 89.47%, which was significantly higher than 60.53% of group B, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Before nursing, the pain scores of group A and group B were（6.74±0.67） scores and（6.75±0.62） scores respectively, there was no significant difference in the pain score between the two groups（P〉0.05）. After nursing, the pain scores of group A and group B were（1.88±0.39）scores and（3.61±0.45）scores respectively, which were significantly lower than before treatment, and the pain score of group A was significantly lower than that of group B, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of thunder fire moxibustion combined with the characteristic nursing of traditional Chinese medicine in low back pain patients can significantly improve their pain symptoms, and achieve a more ideal nursing effect, so it has a higher application value.
