金属箔片超声点焊系统设计及仿真

摘要 为了解决铝、镁和铜等金属或其合金在传统热熔焊接中熔点低,常产生烧伤、无法焊接等问题,设计了超声点焊系统装置。首先,确定了所需换能器的材料,设计了它的几何形状。其次,设计了金属箔片超声点焊装置的整体结构,对装置的机械系统进行标准化设计,以实现所需的机械运动。最后,基于ANSYS对所设计的换能器以及变幅杆进行模态分析、谐响应分析。结果表明,在振动频率接近20 kHz时,换能器的振动状态是纵向伸缩运动,能达到焊接运动的要求,这将大大提高金属箔片的焊接效果。 In order to solve the problems of low melting point, frequent burn or inability to weld in the traditional hot-melt weldingprocess such as aluminum, magnesium, copper, titanium and other non-ferrous metals or related alloy thin parts, the ultrasonic spotwelding system device was designed. First, the material of the desired transducer was determined and its geometry was designed.Secondly, the overall structure of the metal foil ultrasonic spot welding device was designed and the mechanical system of the devicewas standardized to achieve the required mechanical movement. Finally, the modal analysis and harmonic response analysis of thedesigned transducer and horn were performed based on ANSYS. The results showed that when the vibration frequency was close to 20 kHz,the vibration state of the transducer wasa longitudinal telescopic motion, which could meet the requirements of welding movement.The welding effect of the metal foil, thus, will be greatly improved.
