摘要
以某高架桥钢箱梁的施工为背景分析了该工程的施工难点。结合跨外吊装法和步履式顶推法的施工优势制定了施工现场吊装受限条件下的钢箱梁施工方案。该方案包括支架系统的设计、桁架式钢结构导梁的设计、步履式顶推系统的设计以及钢箱梁的线形控制,为同类型钢箱梁的施工提供有价值的借鉴和参考。
Taking the construction of the steel box girder of a viaduct as the background, the construction difficulties of this projectwere analyzed. Combining with the construction advantages of the outer span hoisting method and the walking incremental launchingmethod, the construction scheme of the steel box girder under the condition of limited hoisting on the construction site was formulated.The scheme included the design of the bracket system, the guide beam of the truss steel structure, the walking incremental launchingsystem and the linear control of the steel box girder, which provided valuable reference for the construction of the same type of steelbox girder.
