摘要
由型钢柱、型钢梁、轻骨料混凝土空心板组合预制成的墙板,是装配式建筑物的主要受力构件。墙板间纵向连接、墙板与横梁连接均采用摩擦型高强螺栓拼接连接,形成受力体系为纵横双向钢框架结构的墙板组合体。通过对预制轻骨料混凝土型钢组合空心墙板组合体系结构进行动力弹塑性时程分析,结果表明在多遇地震作用下,结构构件仍处于弹性阶段,满足抗震设防目标。本文提出的变电站装配式建筑物建筑结构一体化,方案优化、结构创新、工艺质量好、建设效率高,实现了"标准化设计、模块化建设"的要求。
The wall panel precast by the steel column, steel beam, lightweight aggregate concrete hollow panel, is the main structural member of prefabricated building. By high-strength bolted Connections between the wall panels and between wall panels and steel beams, the two-way steel frame structure force system in the wall panel assembly is formed. Time-history analysis is processed to study the structural dynamic responses of the combination system by prefabricated hollow wall panel with lightweight aggregate concrete and steel. The results show that the structural members are still in the elastic stage under small earthquake, which satisfies the seismic fortification target. Architecture and structure integration of prefabricated building in substation presented in this paper, has the characteristics of optimized design, innovative structural system, high quality and high efficiency, achieved the requirements of standardized design and modularized construction.
