摘要
对编辑责任人、编辑部、作者、审稿专家等不同责任主体,以及不同编辑阶段涉及的常见知识产权侵权与学术失范进行了列举与分析,并提出应对措施。
The paper discusses about the intellectual property infringement and the academic abnormality concerned with the edition charges, edition office, authors and expert reviewers and concerned of the different stages of edition and then countermeasures are put forward to.
