摘要
随着高等医学院校教学改革的不断深入,医学教育的发展,医学生临床实践与相关技能的培训不仅越来越受到重视,同时也将学生临床实践的效果作为衡量教学及综合实力水平的重要指标。培养供需对应的临床医学专业人才是医学教育工作的重要基础,而临床医学专业人才培养的关键在于临床实践技能的培养。文章就我校举办第九届全国高等医学院校大学生临床技能西南西北分区赛为背景,反思我院儿科教学如何以大赛为契机,"以赛促学、以赛促教",加强临床实践教学体系建设,打造优质师资队伍,推动实践教学理念与方法的改革,结合本院的临床技能培训的管理实践,促进儿科临床实践教学的实施。
With the deepening of teaching reform in medical colleges and the development of medical education, more and more attention has been paid to the training of clinical practice and related skills of medical students. The cultivation of clinical medical professionals corresponding to supply and demand is an important basis for medical education, and the key to the cultivation of clinical medical professionals lies in the cultivation of clinical practical skills. Based on the background of the 9th National Clinical Skills Competition of Medical College Students in Southwest and Northwest China held by our university, this paper refects on how to promote pediatric teaching in our hospital by competition, strengthen the construction of clinical practice teaching system, build high-quality teaching staff, and promote the reform of practical teaching ideas and methods. In combination with the management practice of clinical skills training in our hospital, to promote the implementation of clinical practice teaching in pediatrics.
