肺癌患者血清中癌胚抗原、神经元特异烯醇化酶、糖类抗原及血沉水平的检测价值

摘要 目的探究肺癌患者的血清中癌胚抗原(CEA),神经元特异烯醇化酶(NSE),糖类抗原(CA125),血沉(ESR)水平的变化以及该种变化对于临床诊断的价值。方法选取我院在2013年10月—2017年12月接受治疗的肺癌患者46例作为观察组,同时取同期体检的健康人群46例作为对照组,检测血清中CEA,NSE、CA125及ESR水平并进行对比分析。结果观察组患者CEA检出阳性率为63.04%,NSE为67.39%,CA125为80.43%,ESR为63.04%,均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的CEA,NSE,CA125表达水平均显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论通过检测肺癌患者血清中CEA,NSE,CA125及ESR水平的变化,可为肺部疾病的发展情况提供一定的参考。 Objective To explore the changes of serum carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), neuron specific enolase (NSE), carbohydrate antigen (CA125) and erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) levels in patients with lung cancer and the value of clinical diagnosis. Methods Forty-six patients with lung cancer who were treated in our hospital from October 2013 to December 2017 were enrolled as the observation group. 46 healthy people from the same physical examination were used as the control group to detect serum ECA, NSE and CA125 erythrocyte sedimentation levels and for comparative analysis. Results The positive rate of CEA in the observation group was 63.04%, NSE was 67.39%, and CA125 was 80.43%,ESR was 63.04%, which were signifcantly higher than that in the control group (P 〈 0.05). The expression levels of CEA, NSE and CA125 in the observationgroup were signifcantly higher than those in the control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The detection of CEA, NSE, CA125 and ESR levels in patients with lung cancer can provide a reference for the development of lung diseases.
