摘要
目的:优化山荆子果实总黄酮提取方法。方法:对山荆子果实进行总黄酮提取,采用响应面法进行优化,以料液比、醇浓度、提取时间、提取次数作为考察因素,以总黄酮含量为考察指标,确定最优提取方法。结果:响应面法优化后提取工艺:料液比1∶20(g/ml)、醇浓度40%、提取时间30 min、提取次数1次总黄酮含量:17. 83%。结论:响应面法优化山荆子果实总黄酮的提取工艺行之有效,为后续刺玫果的开发利用提供了依据。
Objective : To optimize the total flavonoids extraction from Malus baccata ( Linn. ) Borkh. Methods : The mostoptimizing flavonids extraction from Malus baccata (Linn.) Borkh was decided by response surface methodology, usingsolid -liquid ratio, ethanol concentration, times and duration of sample extraction as parameters. Results: Based onANOVA results, the following optimal extraction conditions were identified: the solid -liquid ratio was 1:20 (g/ml) ;the ethanol concentration was 40% ; extraction duration was 30 min; and the total flavonoids yield reached 17.83 % afteronce extraction. Conclusion : Response surface methodology was effective in optimizing the extraction process of the totalflavonoids from Malus baccata (Linn.) Borkh, which will provide the basis for the development and utilization of Rosadavurica Pall.
