摘要
利用熔融指数仪、差示扫描量热仪和哈克流变仪等分析仪器,对比分析了国内外4种聚乙烯(PE)管材专用料的结构和性能。结果表明,4#样品的熔融指数最大,结晶度最低,相对于PE100管材料来说,PE100-RC管材料SSA热分级曲线的各个峰型更加明显,晶片厚度相对较薄;3~#样品的熔体强度和零剪切黏度最大,在生产大口径PE管材时抗熔垂效果最好。
In this paper, the structure and properties of four kinds of polyethylene pipe special resins at home and abroad were compared and analyzed by using the analytical instruments such as the melting index instrument,differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and HAAKE rheometer and so on. The results showed that the melt index of 4# samples was the largest and the crystallinity was the lowest.Compared with PE100 pipe, the peak shape of SSA thermal grading curve of PE100 RC pipe was more obvious,and the thickness of the crystal plate was relatively thin.The melt strength and zero shear viscosity of 3# samples were the largest, and the low sag was the best when producing large diameter polyethylene pipes.
