摘要
目的探讨康复科患儿护理中应用引导式教育训练联合作业疗法的有效性分析。方法选取2016年3月至2018年1月期间在我院康复科进行护理的280例患儿作为研究对象,随机等分为对照组和研究组,对照组患儿采用常规护理干预,研究组患儿采用引导式教育训练结合作业疗法。比较两组患儿的康复效果以及护理满意度情况,并观察比较两组患儿的生活质量。结果研究组患儿的护理效果明显优于对照组(P <0. 05);研究组患儿的护理满意度明显高于对照组(P <0. 05);研究组患儿的认知功能、躯体功能以及社会功能和角色功能等方面的生活质量明显优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论引导式教育训练结合作业疗法在康复科护理中的应用,不仅可以提高患儿的护理效果和家庭满意度,还可以改善患儿的生活质量水平,值得在临床上进一步推广和应用。
Objective To explore the effectiveness analysis of the application of guided education combined with occupational therapy in the nursing of children in rehabilitation department. Methods To compared the rehabilitation effects and nursing satisfaction, and observed the status of quality of life, 280 cases of children, who undecwent nursing care in our hospital March 2016 to January 2018, were included, and randomly divided into control group and study group with equal members. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the study group received the guided education combined with occupational therapy. Results The nursing effect in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group (P 〈 0.05 ). The nursing satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). The quality of life of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group in terms of cognitive function, physical function, social function and role function(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The application of guided education combined with occupational therapy in rehabilitation nursing could not only improve the nursing effect and family satisfaction of children, but also the quality of life. It was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
