五氧化二钒制取氮化钒的工艺设计及关键设备的选择

摘要 介绍了制备氮化钒项目的设计及关键设备的选择,通过分析对比了目前制取钒氮合金的工艺现状,最终选择高温非真空法,以五氧化二钒作为原料,石墨粉作为还原剂,高温下通入氮气作为保护气体和渗氮,得到合格的氮化钒产品。在焙烧关键设备的选择上,对比了目前工业化的设备,最终设计选用双道推板窑,为氮化钒生产和设计提供参考。 In this paper, the design and selection of the key equipment for the preparation of vanadium ni tride project were introduced, and the current technological status of vanadium nitrogen alloy was analyzed and compared. Finally, the high temperature non vacuum method was selected, and the graphite powder was used as the reducing agent, with the graphite powder as the reducing agent, and the nitrogen was used as the protective gas and nitriding to obtain the qualified vanadium nitride products. In the selection of key roasting equipment, compared with the current industrialized equipment, the final design of double chan nel pusher kiln, for the production and design of vanadium nitride reference.
