牡蛎采苗串生产装备控制系统设计与实现 被引量:2

摘要 为解决制备牡蛎采苗串人工强度大、劳动力成本高等问题,设计牡蛎采苗串自动生产装备控制系统。以PLC为控制核心,控制步进电机以及气缸工作,实现收串、冲孔、顶绳、送丝、裁丝、打结、裁片七个主要功能的运作。通过人机交互界面,实现实时监控设备工作状态,实时修改工艺参数,实时数据库、报警等功能。通过样机试验,该控制系统功能完善,设备运行稳定可靠,实用性强,能有效提高牡蛎采苗串生产效率,降低操作人员劳动强度,有良好的应用效果。 In order to solve the problems such as high strength,high labor cost and so on,the automatic production equipment for oystercollected seedlings string was carried out.Taking PLC as the core,and controlling motors and cylinders,so as to realize the operation of seven main functions:collection,punching,top rope,wire delivery,wire cutting,knotting,and film cutting.Through the man-machine interface,it can realize real-time working status monitoring,real-time modification process parameters,at the same time with automatic control system and alarm system,real-time data base etc.The experiments show that the control system has perfect function,stable and reliable running,strong practicability,the interface is easy to understand and operate,so it can effectively improve the oyster collected seedlings string on production efficiency,reduce the labor intensity of operators,and has a good application effect.
