摘要
在传统破碎机的基础上设计了一种新型反击式破碎机。介绍了反击式破碎机主要零部件的设计计算过程。设计主要包括主轴、带轮、中心转子、转子板、锤头、反击板和调节装置。设计计算结果表明:破碎机理论生产率可以达到198.9 t/h。利用有限元分析软件对箱体结构进行了强度分析。分析结果表明:箱体整体结构最大应力是27MPa,最大变形量是1.3×10^(-4) m,最大形变出现在一级反击架安装位置。通过一级反击架安装位置焊接加强板,增加了箱体结构强度,优化了整体结构。
Based on the traditional crusher, a new type of impact crusher was designed. The design and calculation of the main parts of the impact crusher are introduced. The main design includes the main shaft,pulley, center rotor, rotor plate, impact hammer, impact curtain and adjustment device. The design calculation results show that the theoretical productivity of crusher can reach 198.9 t/h. The strength of the box structure is analyzed by finite element analysis software. The analysis results show that the maximum stress of the overall structure is 27 MPa and the maximum deformation is 1.3 × 10-4 m. The maximum deformation occurs at the installation position of the first-stage impact curtain. By welding the reinforcement plate to the installation position of the first-stage impact curtain, the structure strength of the box is enhanced, and the overall structure is optimized.
