阑尾黏液性腺癌伴卵巢转移1例

摘要 1病例资料原发性阑尾癌非常少见,约占胃肠道恶性肿瘤的0. 5%以下。其中类癌和黏液性癌是最常见的两种类型,这两种类型发生率之比约10∶1。本文报道1例阑尾黏液性腺癌且黏液性囊肿破裂,形成腹腔假黏液瘤（pseudomyxoma peritonei,PMP）,并伴卵巢转移的罕见病例。
