摘要
对比研究了不同类型增韧剂(ABS高胶粉、甲基丙烯酸-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(MBS)、含硅增韧剂、乙烯-甲基丙烯酸酯(EMA))及用量和不同阻燃剂对聚碳酸酯(PC)的力学、低温缺口冲击强度、阻燃性能的影响。进一步优选耐寒增韧剂和阻燃剂研究了不同用量配比对低温落球性能和阻燃性能的影响。结果表明,选用合适阻燃剂及橡胶粒径的MBS增韧剂和硅系增韧剂制得的阻燃PC材料可以达到UL94 V-0 (1. 5 mm),具有优良的耐低温性能,成型的插头制件经低温落球冲击不会破裂,综合力学性能优异。可应用于具有耐寒要求的圣诞灯饰等行业。
The effect of different types of toughening agents ( acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene high-rubber powder HR181, methyl methacrylate-butadiene-styrene copolymers MBS, silicone toughening agent, ethylene methyl acrylate EMA) and their dosage, and different flame retardants on mechanical properties, low temperature notch impact strength and flame retardant properties of polycarbonate (PC) were studied.
