摘要
通过分子结构设计,合成了一类基料中氟含量6%的水性含氟丙烯酸树脂涂料,测定了纯水在涂膜上的接触角,探讨低氟含量的含氟丙烯酸树脂的自清洁机理,研究了低氟含量时其涂层的纯水接触角、常规物理性能、耐人工老化性,以及分析了老化时间与接触角的关系,通过红外光谱对老化前后聚合物的结构进行表征。结果表明,低氟含量下水性含氟丙烯酸树脂涂料仍具有优异的物理性能,但是老化后接触角出现明显下降,疏水性被破坏,涂层的耐久性能需要进一步提高。
A type of waterborne fluorine acrylic resin coatings with low fluorine content of 6% in base material is synthesized by molecular structure design. The contact angle of pure water on the film is measured. The self-cleaning mechanism of fluorinecontaining acrylic resin with low fluorine content is discussed. The pure water contact angle, adhesion and aging resistance of the coatings are studied under the low fluorine content. The relationship between the aging time and contact angle is analyzed, and the structure of the polymer before and after aging is characterized by IR. The results show that the waterborne fluorine acrylic resin coatings of low fluorine content still have excellent physical properties, but the contact angle decreases obviously and the hydrophobicity is harmed after the aging. The durability of the coatings needs to be further improved.
