摘要
近些年来,伴随国民经济的飞速发展,我国电力行业也在不断改革,电气施工管理工作已经引起人们的重视。我国的电气控制系统向自动化方向发展,在一定程度上增加了电气施工难度。电气施工管理具有总体性、复杂性与多样性等特点,大型项目中的电气施工管理人员要结合项目结构特点,不断提高自身的管理能力。为保证大型项目电气施工质量,主要分析电气施工管理重点,可提供一定的参考与帮助。
