摘要
以水龙头阀体铸件为研究对象,在分析铸件压铸工艺的基础上,结合选用的压铸设备,采用UG软件进行了压铸模具的设计。针对压铸件的复杂内部结构,模具中设计了斜导柱侧抽芯机构、自动脱螺纹机构以及齿轮齿条弧形抽芯机构。本模具设计可为弧形抽芯机构和侧向自动脱螺纹型芯机构的设计提供参考。
Based on the analysis of die casting process and combined with the adopted die casting equipment,the die casting die for the faucet valve body was designed by UG software.In view of the complex internal structure of die casting product,the slant pillar guided side-core pulling mechanism,motordriven thread demoulding mechanism and gear-rack driven arched-core pulling mechanism were designed for the die.The die design can provide a reference for the design of arc core pulling mechanism and the lateral automatic threaded core demoulding mechanism.
