摘要
随着智能电网在近年来的快速发展,考虑需求侧的灵活性给电力系统运行带来了很大的效益。为了更好地挖掘智能电网需求侧响应带来的效益,提出了互动负荷移峰的模型,并由此构建了考虑互动负荷的发输电一体化检修协调机制,提出了相应的发输电一体化检修数学模型。针对该模型规模大、求解复杂度高的特点,采用基于松弛诱导的优化方法进行求解。IEEE-30节点算例证明了所提出模型和方法的有效性。
With the rapid development of smart grid in recent years, the flexibility considering in the demand side brings a lot of benefits to the power system operation. To better exploiting the benefits brought by the interaction from the demand side, a model of interactive load shift is proposed, and the coordination mechanism of integrated generation and transmission maintenance scheduling is put up considering interactive load, and the corresponding mathematical model is established as well. To tackle the complexity of this large- scale model, a relaxation induced method is used. Case study on the IEEE 30-bus system verifies the effectiveness of the model and method proposed in this paper.
