摘要
目的以党参炔苷和紫丁香苷为指标性成分鉴别纹党和白条党。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定同一产地不同月份纹党炔苷含量,以Agilent1200高效液相色谱仪配有二极管阵列检测器(diode array detection,DAD),AT. Lichom C18液相分析色谱柱(250mm×4. 6mmid. 5μm,兰州中科凯特);柱温30℃,检测波长267nm,流动相为0. 3%磷酸-乙腈。结果纹党和白条党均含有党参炔苷,白条党中党参炔苷含量为1. 582 mg/g,纹党中党参炔苷含量为1. 136 mg/g,以单一的党参炔苷含量去评价质量优劣欠科学性。结论纹党中含有紫丁香苷,白条党中不含紫丁香苷,以紫丁香苷为指标可以鉴定白条党和纹党。
Objective To identify Wendang and Baitiaodang by taking Codonopatin and Syringin as index components. Methods The contents of codonopatin in different months of the same place of Wendang were determined by HPLC. The HPLC analysis was performed on an Agilent 1200 high -performance liquid chromatograph equipped with a diode array detection (DAD) and an AT. Lichom C18 liquid chromatography column 250 mm × 4.6mmid. 5μm, Lanzhou Zhongkekate) ; column temperature 30 ℃, detection wavelength 267nm, the mobile phase of 0.3% phosphoric acid - acetonitrile. Results Both Wendang and Baitiaodang contained Codonopatin, the content of Codonopatin in Baitiaodang was 1. 582 mg / g, and the content of Codonopatin in Wendang was 1. 136 mg / g. The quality of Codonopatin is of poor science. Conclusion The Wendang contains syringin, Baitiaodang does not contain syringin, with syringin as an index to identify the Wendang and Baitiaodang.
