摘要
用乙二醇醚化改性三聚氰胺合成了分子结构中含有三嗪环的羟基封端改性剂乙二醇醚化三聚氰胺(EGEMF),制备了软质聚氨酯泡沫材料。发现当w(EGEMF)〉 8%时,能有效地改善聚氨酯泡沫材料的吸声性能、力学性能及耐热阻燃性能。
The flexible polyurethane foam materials were prepared by using the hydroxyl-capped modifier ethylene glycol etherificated melamine (EGEMF) containing the triazine ring in the molecular structure synthesized by etherification modifying melamine with ethylene glycol. It is found that when w(EGEMF) is more than 8%, the sound-absorbing performance, mechanical performance, heat resistance and flame retardancy performance of the polyurethane foam materials can be effectively improved.
