摘要
香港作为中国境内唯一奉行普通法的区域,其教育手段与方式存在着鲜明的特色,在法学教育领域扮演着重要的角色。随着全球经济一体化和香港经济结构的调整,香港对于法律精英人才的教育培养模式也在不断发生变革,香港法学教育与内地法学教育融合的趋势更加明显。香港大学法学院强调在国际化的视野下,科学设置法学专业,加强互动实践类课程的建设,注重法律实务技巧的传授和跨学科培养,这对基于成文法教育模式的中国法学教育变革与繁荣具有重要的参考价值。
As the only region in China that pursues common law, Hong Kong has distinctive characteristics in its educational means and methods, and it has an important role in the field of legal education. With the global economic integration and the structural adjustment of Hong Kong＇s economy,the educational model of Hong Kong＇s legal elite talents is also changing,and the trend of the integration of legal education and continental law education in Hong Kong is getting more obvious. The Faculty of Law of the University of Hong Kong emphasizes the importance of setting up law in science,strengthening the construction of interactive practical courses, focusing on the teaching and interdisciplinary training of legal practice in the international perspective, which has an important reference value for the reform and prosperity of Chinese legal education based on the education model of statute law.
