摘要
"双一流"高校作为我国高等教育的排头兵,理应成为践行内涵式发展道路的典范。要探索不同高校"双一流"建设的内涵式发展道路,就要制定出与各类高校及学科发展相适应的评价标准与指标体系。"双一流"建设要扎根中国大地,根据国家经济社会发展和重大战略需求及科技发展前沿确定重点建设学科。"双一流"建设要促进交叉融合的学科集成发展,实现一流学科的内涵式发展。"双一流"建设的根本目标是提高高等教育综合实力,培养一流人才和创新人才。
As representative of China higher education, " Double First-Class" universities should be the models of practicing the connotative development. It is necessary to explore the connotative development road of local " Double First-Class" university, and to formulate evaluation criteria and system which are compatible with the development of various universities and disciplines. The construction of "Double FirstClass" should take root in China, and establish key disciplines according to economy, society, national strategy and scientific frontiers. The construction of "Double First-Class" should promote multidisciplinary integration and stick to the path of connotative development. The fundamental goal of the construction of" Double First-Class" is to improve the comprehensive strength of higher education and to cultivate first-class and innovative talents.
