摘要
公益创业教育旨在培养社会所需的高素质技术技能人才。当前高职院校公益创业教育具有明显的滞后性,其中教育体系不完善是其存在的根本问题。积极构建高职院校公益创业教育体系,从宏观层面创新"校政社企"深度耦合机制,从微观层面积极探索"三位一体"人才培养模式、"金字塔"模块化教学设计、专兼职师资队伍结构、灵活多样的实训形式、科学有效的教育评价体系等,有利于拓展学生创新创业路径,有效缓解学生就业难的社会问题。
Social entrepreneurship education is conducted for the purpose of training high-quality professional talents. Current situation at vocational colleges is unfavorable mainly as a result of an imperfect education system. Close coupling of "college-government-society-industry" on the macro-level, positive exploration of "three-in-one" talent training mode on the micro-level, "pyramid" modularized teaching design, staff structure of part-time and fulltime teachers, versatile and flexible on-job training with a rational and effective evaluation system shall work together to improve entrepreneurship prospect and reduce employment pressure.
