基于单纯形法的磨机给料控制的研究与设计 被引量:2

摘要 磨矿作业是选矿生产中的关键环节,而磨机运行过程的控制又直接影响了选矿厂的效益和能耗。磨机的控制主要是对磨机给料量进行控制,给料量控制不合理或者控制不及时,都会造成磨机运行的不稳定。针对磨机运行过程的非线性、大惯性、纯滞后等特性,文中提出了基于单纯形法的PID参数优化控制来进行给料控制。该算法是根据磨机给料系统参数的变化进行PID参数实时的调整,实现对磨机给料的稳定控制。仿真和试验结果表明:与传统的PID控制相比,单纯形优化的PID控制磨机给料系统的超调减小,动态过程平稳,稳态误差较小,具有较好的鲁棒性,能够有效地减少磨机给料的波动。 The grinding classification operation is the key link in the mineral processing, and the control of the operation of the mill directly affects the efficiency and energy consumption. The control of the mill is mainly to control the feeding quantity, and the control of the feeding quantity is unreasonable or the control is not in time, which will cause the instability of the mill. According to the characteristics of nonlinear, large inertia and pure delay, the PID parameter optimization control based on simplex method is proposed to control the feed. The algorithm adjusts the PID parameters in real time according to the change of the parameters of the mill feed system, and realizes the stability control of the mill feed. The simulation and test results show that compared with the traditional PID, the overshoot of the feed system is reduced, the dynamic process is stable, the steady state error is small, and it has good robustness.
