摘要
中低速磁浮车辆作为一种新型轨道交通制式,具有安全度高、造价低、转弯半径小,环境友好的特点,随着北京、长沙两条中低速磁浮线路的开通,被越来越多的城市重视。转向架之间的机械一致性直接影响磁浮列车的悬浮、导向、牵引和制动性能,是磁浮列车运行品质、运行效率、乘客舒适感以及安全性的保证。本文详细介绍了中低速磁浮转向架的综合检测技术原理,设备关键系统的研制以及关键结构的计算分析。该设备的研制和成功应用,为我国中低速磁浮建设提供了可靠的技术手段。
Maglev vehicle, as a new type of rail transit system, has the characteristics of high safety, low cost, small turning radius and friendly environment. With the opening of two medium and low speed maglev lines in Beijing and Changsha, More and more cities are paing more attention to it. The mechanical consistency between bogies directly affects the suspension, guidance, traction and braking performance of Maglev trains, and ensures the running quality, running efficiency, passenger comfort and safety of Maglev trains. This paper introduces in detail the principle of comprehensive inspection technology for medium and low speed maglev bogies, the development of key equipment systems and the calculation and analysis of key structures. The development and successful application of the equipment provide reliable technical means for the construction of medium and low speed maglev vehicle in China.
