摘要
螺旋桨作为船舶主要振源,其非定常性能的研究对于船舶噪声和振动的控制意义重大。该文采用滑移网格技术,基于分离涡模拟方法(DES),对带首尾鳍船桨一体模型开展了螺旋桨非定常力的数值计算,研究了小水线面双体船后螺旋桨的非定常力特性,并通过与试验结果的对比考察了数值计算方法的精度。计算结果表明,螺旋桨受到的三向力和力矩均有明显的叶频特性,其中推力脉动幅值和水平弯矩脉动幅值较大;此外,分析得出了脉动压力和脉动压力幅值在船体表面局部范围内的分布规律,并将多个测点的脉动压力一阶和二阶叶频幅值与试验测量值对比,其中一阶叶频结果与试验值吻合良好。
As the main vibration source of ships,the study of unsteady performance of propeller is of great importance to noise and vibration control.In this paper,the sliding mesh technique is used and a full hull body with fin and propeller is modeled to predict the unsteady forces of propeller based on detached eddy simulation(DES).The unsteady force characteristics of the propeller after the SWATH ship are studied,and the accuracy of the numerical calculation method is examined by comparing with the experimental results.The calculated results show that the propeller forces and torques on three directions have obvious blade frequency characteristics,of which the fluctuation amplitude of the thrust and the horizontal bending moment are larger.In addition,the distribution of fluctuating pressure and fluctuation amplitude in the local area on the hull surface are analyzed in detail.The simulation results for the hull pressure fluctuation are also compared with the experimental results showing good agreement in the amplitude,especially,for the first blade frequency.
