摘要
针对某超高层建筑存在工期紧、部分节点施工难度大、施工顺序难以确定等问题,基于Navisworks软件,采用BIM技术对该建筑进行施工可视化仿真,制定了适用于超高层建筑的施工模拟步骤。对该项目的时间安排和钢结构柱的吊装顺序进行了可视化仿真研究,同时对柱钢筋绑扎过程、钢结构吊装过程和钢结构与钢筋混凝土结构交叉施工顺序等关键节点和关键技术进行仿真模拟,有效地解决了施工难点和影响工程进度的因素,确保该工程在规定时间内顺利完工。
In view of the tight construction period,some joints are difficult to be constructed and the order of construction is difficult to determine for the high-rise buildings in the capital city,the paper used BIM technology to visualize the construction of the building based on Navisworks software,and determined the construction simulation steps for super high-rise buildings. At the same time,the key joint and key techniques such as the process of steel reinforcement banding,the hoisting process of steel structure and the order of cross-over construction of steel structure and reinforced concrete structure were simulated,it effectively slowed the construction difficulties and the factors that affect the progress of the project,and ersured that the project was successfully completed within the stipulated time.
